About Eva

People often describe me as a visionary.

Not because I see further than others. But because I naturally see connections where others still
see separate pieces.

Some journeys are built through plans. Others are built through experience.

Over the past decades, my path has taken me through many different worlds — entrepreneurship,
business, sales, hospitality, HR, leadership, events, coaching and human development.

For years, people often wondered why my professional journey covered so many sectors and
experiences.

Today, I understand why.

Every chapter taught me something about people. About connection. About leadership.
About hospitality. About pressure. And about what truly creates meaningful experiences.

For a long time, these worlds seemed unrelated.

Today I understand they were preparing me for exactly this.

Throughout the years, one thing became increasingly clear:

Real clarity rarely emerges under pressure.

It often appears when there is space.

Space to slow down.
Space to breathe.
Space to step away from constant demands.
Space to reconnect with what truly matters.

Throughout those years I discovered something else.

My way of working has always been deeply intuitive.

I naturally sense what often remains unspoken. I notice patterns. I feel underlying dynamics.
I often understand what people are trying to express before they fully find the words themselves.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I listen differently.

Beyond roles.
Beyond expectations.
Beyond what is immediately visible.

My work today brings together everything I have naturally grown towards over the years:

– human connection and meaningful conversations
– hospitality and carefully curated experiences
– business, leadership and people dynamics
– presence, recovery and sustainable wellbeing
– simplicity, refinement and genuine care

I do not believe in standard formats or one-size-fits-all approaches.

I work with people.

With entrepreneurs.
With leaders.
With high performers.
With individuals who carry a lot.
With those who feel that something needs to shift — even when they cannot yet fully define what.

My approach is personal, intuitive, practical and grounded.

Not focused on changing people.

But on creating space.

Space for perspective.
Space for recovery.
Space for clarity.
Space for meaningful experiences.

Because sometimes the most important insights do not appear in an office.

They appear during a walk.
During silence.
Around a fire under the stars.
Far away from the noise that usually fills our days.

For me, true luxury today is not more.

It is less.

Less pressure.
Less noise.
Less constant doing.

And more space for what truly matters.

EVAMOR was born from that vision.

Warm regards,

Eva
